Goals: 20%. The Project includes the external, visual inspection of on average 2,000 sanitary sewer stream crossings to be completed annually. The inspections are located throughout DeKalb County. Work orders identifying the location of the inspections shall be issued by DWM to the Contractor prior to beginning the Work.
