| Description | 1. All structural concrete work indicated. Including but not limited to foundations, slab on grade, slab on metal deck, retaining walls, underpinning, and concrete stairs. 2. All reinforcing steel including engineered shop drawings, vapor retarders, dowling, anchors, expansion joints, caulking, and other accessories are by this bid category. 3. Any geofoam and/or polytyrene board required for below stairs or new structural concrete is by this bid category. 4. Grouting behind/adjacent new walls as shown, and structural steel base plates at a time as directed by the CM is to be included. 5. Placement and installation of embeds provided by others. 6. Working around/including snowmelt tubing installed by others. |
