The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects or to reject any or all bids and to re-advertise and re-bid. Bids shall comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, include specifications of materials used, clear explanation of all work to be performed, detail any exceptions to the scope of work, and separate the bid per the scope of work and completion date. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. |
