Description

Flooring replacement at the Bangs Community Center. These improvements involve installation of new carpet, luxury vinyl tile, and removal and disposal of existing flooring. The flooring replacement is a continuation of a prior flooring project. Provide all materials, labor, tools and related services required for the performance of the contract. The Contractor shall complete the entire work to the satisfaction of the Town. The Contractor shall provide and install flooring to match the manufacturer, series, and color for existing flooring coverings used throughout the Bangs Community Center. Those products being: 1. Patcraft Arbor Crest LVT, Canyon, 6”x 48”. 2. J&J Mineral Modular, Granite 1798. The project consists of the installation of approximately 2975 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and 800 sqft of carpet tile. The Contractor shall remove existing vinyl cove base and provide and install new cove base consistent with prior flooring projects. The Contractor shall be responsible to disposing of all waste materials, by hauling materials away or the use of a delivered waste material container.
