Road Maintenance

Provide road maintenance and materials as per the "Items and Specifications" Service Start : 8/18/2022 Service End : 6/30/2023 The Colorado Department of Corrections, Facility Management Services has 16 miles of dirt road that they are seeking bids from vendors who can provide road grading maintenance services and materials on an ongoing basis at the Canon City Prison Complex (ECCPC), located at 57500 E Hwy 50 & Evans Rd in Canon City, CO. Vendors will provide pricing for grading and road maintenance for 16 miles of gravel-based roads within the East Canon City Prison Complex. Roads need to be water-soaked, material pulled from sides, final disbursement of material and packing of material. The awarded Vendor will provide all equipment necessary to provide services and materials; to include motor grader, water truck, dump truck, compactor and materials. Transportation and installation of the materials throughout the complex is the responsibility of the vendor. Maintenance: An attached map shows the roads that will be maintained. Maintain PINK designated gravel roads a minimum of once per quarter; 4 times per year. To be completed July 1st - June30th . Provide a Base bid to maintain areas identified in PINK on the map quarterly Provide Unit Pricing: to maintain roads identified in BLUE on the map as requested. Provide pricing by numbered sections of the road listed on the map Provide Unit Pricing: Maintain road to HWY 67 and the back road to the old Dairy one a year. Provide Unit Pricing: in 1/4 mile increments for maintenance of other areas not listed that may arise.
