Completion- 90 Calendar Days Provide the materials, labor, equipment and supervision necessary for the modernization of one (1) traction elevator in building 1 (Isaac Delgado Hall) on Delgado's main campus. All work shall be in compliance with these Technical Specifications. New Cab Interior: Furnish labor and materials to provide and install new cab interior as described below and attached design. o Make: Inpro or the like. o Cab Style: Hercules o Panels: Brushed nickel 5E026 o Handrails: Stainless steel 1-1/2" round with stainless steel back plate behind handrails o Aluminum ceiling frame with black plastic laminate ceiling panels o 6 round, 4 watt, LED, recessed downlights. o Stainless steel toe kicks o Stainless steel reveals o Stainless steel return(s) o Floors to be replaced by others Hall Frames: Furnish labor and materials to wrap existing Hall door frames on all 3 floors with #4 stainless steel.
