All work shall begin within 10 days of the award of contract and the contactror shall have 30 days to complete the contract. The company awarded the bid will obtain the demolition permits from the town. The Fire Department will contact the utility companies. The company awarded the contract shall have State of Delaware and Town of Milton business licenses. All work is to be completed in a workman like manner according to standard practices. Once the bid is awarded work shall be completed within 30 working days. The Milton Fire Department, Inc., reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
