Garrison Elementary School Replacement

The Lewis County New Garrison Elementary School project will be bid and constructed utilizing the Construction Management Agency form of construction contract delivery. Trace Creek Construction will be the Construction Manager for the project under direct contract with the Lewis County Board of Education. The project consists of the construction of a new approximately 47,000 SF two story elementary school with site improvements. The facility will be constructed in two phases: 1) Construction of the new school building and 2) demolition of the existing elementary school and construction parking lots and site improvements. The existing elementary school which is adjacent to the location of the new facility will be occupied during the first phase of the work.
