| Description | The full amount of the deposit will be returned to all bidders providing the plans and specifications are returned to the Construction Manager in satisfactory condition within seven (7) days after the bid date. The deposit will also be returned to the successful bidder. Additional complete sets may be purchased at the bidders expense. The construction contract and the detailed specifications contain the provisions required for the construction of the project. No information obtained from any officer, agent, or employee of the Owner on any such matters shall in any way effect the risk of obligation assumed by the Subcontractor (Trade Contractor) or relieve him from fulfilling any of the conditions of the contract. |
