1 Concrete walk - Replace concrete walkway pad from the front to the rear of the property. Shape concrete to divert the water away from the foundation wall. The walk needs to be 5" wider than the current walkway. Replace concrete walk in front of the house. 2 Concrete Patio - Remove and replace paver patio. Prepare, form and pour concrete patio at the rear/west side of the property. Design to divert water away from the foundation wall. 3Concrete steps - Replace defective concrete steps on front of the house. Install new handrails to code. 4 Tuck point - South east corner and North west cornerof foundation wall. 5 Side Porch - Remove and rebuild sode/east porch. Use treated lumber, include all necessary hardware and handrails to code. 6 Gutters and Downspout - Replace all existing gutters on the east and south side of the house. Install new 5" K-style seamless gutters and 4" downspouts. Mechanilcally fasten the gutters and seal all connectionss with product engineer for gutter use. Seal inlets with rubber designed boots. 7 Door - Replace defective storage room door
