Project Name: Duchess Creek Acres Chip and Seal Bid: # 2022-10 Bid Specifications are as follows: Approximately 2.5 miles x 16' feet wide of existing hard surface roads; Dogwood Birch, Ash, B Street, D Street, and Elm. Include in bid, but separately, a bid price for Dolphin. Dolphin is currently an aggregate surface road approximately 1.04 miles x 16' foot wide. Approximately 3.5 total miles. Lift #1 5/8" washed rock, applied at 35 lbs. per sq. yard with .45 gal. of CHFRS-2P Oil. Lift #2 3/8" washed rock, applied at 28 lbs. per sq. yard with .40 gal. of CHFRS-2P Oil.
