| Description | Project consists of structural repairs to the plumbing chase floors. The areas to be demolished are select concrete floor limits on the first floor and complete concrete limits on floors two through four in the plumbing chase. The existing electrical as well as sanitary and storm piping will be removed. The demolished concrete areas on the first floor will be replaced with a similar concrete section. The elevated concrete floors will be replaced with a structural steel framing and grating. The electrical systems will be upgraded to new panels, conduit and light fixtures. The sanitary and storm piping will be replaced with new piping to match the existing. All work shall be performed as shown in the construction plans prepared by Halff Associates, Inc. |
