Description

Installation of approximately 4,920 LF of 4" sanitary force main, 448 LF of 8" gravity sewer, manholes and (2) Lift Stations rated at 240 gpm and 340 gpm. All work to include all related site work, equipment, and appurtenances. Bidders shall assure that they have obtained complete sets of Drawings and Contract Documents and shall assume the risk of any errors or omissions in Bids prepared in reliance on incomplete sets of drawings and Contract Documents. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided in the Bid Documents. Bids shall include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013) included with the Bid Documents. As required by Bid Form 96, Section III, the Bidder shall submit a financial statement. The Owner may make such investigations as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Bidder to perform the work and the Bidder shall furnish to the Owner all such information and data for this purpose as the Owner may request. The Owner reserves the right to reject any bid if the evidence submitted by, or investigation of, such Bidder fails to satisfy the Owner that such Bidder is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the Agreement and to complete the work when and as contemplated therein. Each Bidder is responsible for inspecting the Project site(s) and for reading and being thoroughly familiar with the Bid Documents. The failure or omission of any Bidder to do any of the foregoing shall in no way relieve any Bidder from any obligation with respect to its Bid. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission.
