| Description | Preventative Maintenance of Elevators at the Illinois Veterans Home at Chicago, consisting of monthly examination of each elevator specified herein, including cleaning and oiling of machine motor and controller; greasing and/or oiling of bearings and guides and making necessary adjustments. Repair Service shall consist of furnishing, upon receiving notification from IL Veterans Home Facilities Engineer, or designee, any labor, parts, materials, and equipment necessary to restore any of the elevators to normal operating condition, if not covered under the existing warranty. Also, annual safety test on all 3 elevators. |
