Street and Public Tree Stock

The City of Rochester requests bids to supply tree stock of specified sizes and form for street tree and public space planting for the fall of 2022 and the spring of 2023. The said trees are to be delivered to The Forestry Division, 210-B Colfax Street, by November 15, 2022, (with a maximum of two deliveries), for fall delivery and between March 1, 2023 and April 15, 2023, (with a maximum of four deliveries), for spring delivery. Trees will be planted by others. If delivery deadlines are not met by the contractor, the City reserves the right to assess a late charge of $100.00 per day for every day past the deadline. The City reserves the right to order individual trees on an as- needed basis throughout the term of the contract.
