Description

Estimated Budget: $3,000,000 to $4,000,000 The deadline to submit requests for clarification of the requirements of this RFP, Part 1 is June 9, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. (HST). All clarification requests shall be submitted via HePS. The scope of the project shall consist of but is not limited to the following: selective demolition; ceiling repair; installation of new packaged air conditioning units; and replacement of the following: exhaust fans, gas heaters, pumps, expansion tank, controls, air separator, condensate piping, sheet metal, flexible and exhaust service air ducts, VAV boxes and Air Valves, DDC controls, insulation, electrical main switch, panels, wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, and all incidental accessories, structural supports, and hardware.
