Bids will be effective from July 1, 2023, thru June 30,2024 Please review the attached carefully prior to submitting your completed package. It is required that samples, specification sheets and any other items requested be submitted prior to or at the time bids are received. Madison County reserves the right to request additional samples if deem necessary. Please include contact name and phone number. This is a Sealed Bid process that focuses mainly on price. The Sealed Bid award will be given to the lowest-price on each individual item respective to the responsible vendor. Bidders must comply with all bid specifications and be capable of administrative capacity, performing the work, and or supplying the materials. This Sealed Bid award becomes a ftrm, fixed price for the contract year: The sealed bid process must have the delivery charges included in the bid price.
