Pricing should include: HVAC preventative maintenance (2 times a year) and system checks (2 times a year) for a total of 4 visits. Filter changes on a quarterly (4 times a year) basis for all units. Vendor will supply new air filters and belts. Lubrication of moving parts. Electrical tests and inspection. Check refrigerant levels and check for leaks. Inspection of condensate drain. Check startup and shutdown controls. HVAC unit cleaning annually (fall cleaning of heating units, spring cleaning of A/C condensing units) |
