Roadside Mowing

Roadside Mowing Services for the Wayne County Engineer The purpose of this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals process is to possibly enter into a single contract for roadside mowing services required by the Wayne County Engineer. The mowing services will cover 500 centerline miles of roadway with approximately 610 lane miles (approximately 875 acres) requiring mowing. Interested contractors shall submit proposals using the forms provided in the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all defects, and to enter into contract(s) with the responding firm(s) that submit(s) the Request(s) for Competitive Sealed Proposal deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any and all defects, and to accept the proposal deemed most beneficial to Wayne County. Until any contract resulting from the Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals is fully executed by all parties, including, but not limited to, the time between the adoption of any resolution(s) awarding and/or approving any contract and full execution of said contract, this Reservation of Rights shall remain in effect.
