| Description | Removal of asbestos-containing materials and provision of replacement materials. Prevailing Wage Rates are applicable to this Project. Bidders are encouraged to be enrolled in and to be in good standing in a Drug Free Safety Program ("DFSP") approved by Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation ("OBWC") prior to submitting a Bid and provide, on Bid Form with its Bid, certain information relative to enrollment in such a program; and, if awarded a Contract, shall comply with other DFSP criteria described in Article 22 of Instructions to Bidders. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, bid and contract securities, and contract award, refer to Instructions to Bidders included in Bidding Documents. Owner reserves right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive certain informalities or irregularities in bids received. No bids may be withdrawn after scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for 60 days. |
