Street Resurfacing Spring 2023

The project includes the following approximate quantities of work: 3,964 feet of roadway resurfacing including cold milling, pavement removal, excavation, subbase, aggregate base, 2,140 tons of asphalt paving, 1,646 feet of concrete curb & gutter, and 1,045 square yards of concrete flatwork including sidewalks, drive approaches, and concrete pavement with integral curb and gutter. 27 feet of 12 diameter storm sewer. 4,253 feet of 1 inch water services including curb boxes and meter pits. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond in a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid price, made payable to the City of South Haven. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. Project location: Sunset Drive (La Grange St. to Elm Pl.) Broadway Street (Elm Pl. to La Grange St.) Elm Place (Sunset Dr. to La Grange St.) Lee Street (La Grange St. to Cherry St.) Florence Street (Lee St. to Green St.)
