Description

In general the work consists of abandoning the existing sand filter/private onsite wastewater treatment system (POWTS) and replacing it with a conventional septic tank, pump station and pressure dispersal area. The work also includes replacement of plumbing fixtures; plumbing modifications to separate kitchen waste from bathroom waste and installing a holding tank; electrical service upgrades; replace building wiring, lighting and switches; asphalt paving, restoration, erosion control; and related work.
