Description | The Contractor shall supply all plant, equipment, materials and labor to perform the services, inspections and tests listed below, and to perform all necessary, equipment repairs. Contractor may also be required to perform emergency service calls to identify and correct problems with equipment, identified elsewhere in this Performance Work Statement on an as needed basis. The contractor shall furnish sufficient personnel (Certified HVAC Technician) to perform the work specified. Technician will not only have an EPA 608 Certification but also one of the following; RSES Certificate Member, HVAC Excellence Professional Level Certification, UA Star Certification, or NATE Certification in Service Path specializing in air conditioning, air distribution and hydronics gas heating. Contractor shall be a VYKON SYSTEM INTEGRATOR (VSI) designation or higher (certification letters must be provided). Bidder must have two employees on staff having completed the Tridium Niagara 4 certification. Technicians must be able to modify programming and re-download Tridium Niagara controls currently in Building#1, this will be confirmed at walkthrough before the bid. The technician's experience shall be no lower than a journeyman's level. The employees shall conduct themselves in a proper and productive manner at all times and shall not loiter. The employees shall be required by the contractor to maintain themselves and their clothing in a neat and clean manner. The contractor shall not employ those persons whose presence would violate Standards of Conduct, DOD 5500.7-R (DOD Joint Ethics). The contractor shall not knowingly allow any employee who is under the influence. All service technicians will be required to go through a personnel back ground check before they can commence work at work site. |
