Community Building Upgrades and Repairs

Contract No. 1A – General Construction: The work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the Community Building Repairs and Upgrades Project. The replacement includes the work shown on the Plans and described in these Specifications consisting of general construction. General construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: selective demolition of general building materials and installation of new metal roofing system with extended roof eaves and rake edges, new metal gutter and downspout systems, new windows and wall infills. Additive Bid Item No. 1 – General Construction: This work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown as Additive Bid Item No. 1 on the Plans and described in these Specifications consisting of the following: selective demolition of the existing wall siding and insulation and installation of new insulated metal panel wall siding system.
