Construction of Noble Water Company, Contract 2 - Meter Installation

Method of Bidding will be as follows: Contract No. 2 - Installing Radio Read Water Meters: UNIT PRICE CONTRACT to replace approximately 340 existing water meters in outside meter setting as required to install Owner supplied radio-read meters. Bids will be accepted from only those Bidders who obtain Documents from the Engineer's office. Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Engineer's office. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal, a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. This project requires a 100% security amount. Davis Bacon Wages apply to this contract. Each Proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bidder must submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
