| Description | Security Deposit All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) in favor of the Township, in the form provided herewith, and in accordance with the bid specifications, which shall be forfeited if the bidder fails to enter into a contract with the Township of Falls after notice of the Township s intent to award the contract to the successful bidder. All bids must be submitted on the forms provided by the Township. These forms can be picked up in the Manager s Office at the Falls Township Municipal Complex, 188 Lincoln Highway, Suite 100, Fairless Hills, PA 19030. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive technical defects or any informality in Bids, and to accept or reject any part of any Bid in the best interests of the Township. |
