The SOW of work for this project consist of fixing erosion on a canal in Long Beach Mississippi. This includes placing Riprap, constructing low water crossing, vegetation removal and placing flex mat. In general, the work shall consist of the following: The SOW of work for this project consists of constructing low water crossings along an existing canal access road and fixing erosion on a canal in Long Beach, Mississippi. This includes constructing low water crossings, placing Riprap, vegetation removal and placing flex mat. Three major elements for the Long Beach Canal, MS to consist of the repair of failed embankment slopes in five separate locations and installation of twenty low water crossings consisting of articulating concrete mattresses and concrete culverts. The approximate construction cost range for this contract is $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 Any questions about this solicitation, including technical questions about plans and specifications, shall be submitted via the Bidder Inquiry Portal in ProjNet at https://www.projnet.org. Questions shall be submitted no later than 5 AUGUST 2022, 2:00 PM Central Time to allow time for a response, and amendment to the solicitation if necessary.
