North Gate Improvements - MHC

As of April 26, 2023, the project has not been formally awarded and a bid tabulation has not been released, however, the project is expected to be awarded in May, 2023. The project includes furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of North Gate Improvements - MHC, North Carolina State Ports Authority, Port of Morehead City, NCSPA Contract No. C-1734. Bids will be received for Single prime construction contract. All proposals shall be lump sum. Bidders should clearly indicate on the outside of the bid envelope "Bid Proposal for: NCSPA NORTH GATE IMPROVEMENTS - MHC, Port of Morehead City", their NC General Contractors License Number and that the bid is for "Single Prime Bid". The project includes furnishing materials identified in the contract documents and providing all labor and equipment to perform all the work associated with the installation of the North Gate Improvements - MHC, located on the North Carolina State Ports Authority property at the Port of Morehead City. The owner reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals and to waive informalities.
