| Description | The New Mexico Department of Transportation is requesting proposals for the purpose of selecting a consultant(s) to provide On-Call Cultural Resource/Mitigation Services. The Selected Consultant shall perform the following on-call cultural resource/mitigation services as specified in “Appendix A”. The initial term of the contract executed under this RFP shall be four (4) years. In no case will any contract, including all extensions thereof, exceed a total of four (4) years in duration from the date of execution. The Department, at its discretion, may award a single contract or multiple contracts as a result of this RFP.
