Perry County Admin Building Parking Lot Annex

Site work and paving for a municipal facility in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and for paving for a municipal facility. Plans call for the construction of a parking lot annex. That the Contractor will furnish at his own cost and expense, all labor, tools, equipment, and materials required and construct and complete in a good, first class, and workmanlike manner, the work as designated and described in the Contract Documents which are as fully a part of this Agreement as if repeated verbatim herein. The Contract Documents shall consist of the Project Manual and components parts thereof as defined in the General Conditions.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
