| Description | The Newark Housing Authority ("NHA") accepts sealed bids for agency wide painting services which consist of studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments in townhomes, elderly and low-rise units. The contract term shall be for a period of two (2) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional year at the sole discretion of the NHA. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond(s) in the amount of 100% of the task order as awarded. The surety company for all bonds must be a guaranty or surety company acceptable to the U.S. Department of Treasury.
