Description

Annual service contract for the cleaning and maintenance of the heating and cooling systems for our three building locations in Highbridge, Ashland and Glidden. Air conditioning units serviced between May 1stand June 1st; heating units serviced between October 1st and November 1st.Replace existing furnace and A/C system with a high efficiency gas furnace and 14 SEER heat pump for cooling and supplemental heating. All work will be completed between May 3 and May 28, 2021.
