HVAC Replacement and History and Culture Center Interior Renovation

The renovations for the Lakeland Public Library at 100 Lake Morton Drive, Lakeland Florida. The project will consist of a complete HVAC replacement and partial interior renovation. To provide: (1) hvac replacement for approximately +/- 34,000 sf of the main library, including the associated ceilings, lighting, and miscellaneous ceiling devices as noted on drawings; and (2) interior renovation (phase 8) to construct the Lakeland history and culture center consisting of approximately 3,000 sf of interior renovation area
