The Purpose of This Project is to Construct Approximately 0.230 Mile of Elm Street in the City of Cabot in Lonoke County. This Project Consists of Clearing and Grubbing, Removal and Disposal of Items, Aggregate Base Course (Class 7), Achm Binder and Surface Courses, Drop Inlets, Concrete Walks, Concrete Combination Curb and Gutter, Pavement Marking, Maintenance of Traffic, and Misc. Items. Routes: Elm Street County: Lonoke Length: 0.23 Mile in Length. In Order to Have a Bid Considered, Contractors Must Furnish a Proposal Guaranty Consisting of Either a Bidder's Bond or a Certified or Cashier's Check in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Amount Bid. The Underwriting Limitation of the Bonding Company Shall Be Adhered to. Any Excess (Between the Face Amount of the Bond and the Underwriting Limitation) Shall Be Protected by Reinsurance Provided by an Acceptable Reinsuring Company. These Contracts Are Subject to Normal Prequalification, Licensing and Bonding Requirements, Applicable Labor Laws, Non-discrimination Provisions, Wage Rate Laws and Other Federal Laws Including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. the Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Also Apply.
