Chimney - Remove chimney stack below roof level. Seal opening on chimney in the attic. Frame opening on the roof and install sheathing to match. (Note: replace the direct venting water heater first.) Gutter and Downspout - Remove gutter system. Reconfigure new gutter system to discharge the water to grade on the south or east side of the property. Install new 5" seamless gutters and 4" downspouts. Seal connections with products engineer for the application. Cap inlets. Windows - Install new vinyl replacement double hung windows. Count: North 9, East 3, South 10 and West 4. The west has a picture window on the lower. Doors - Front/West door, North/Side door and East/ 2nd floor jump porch. Repair installation of doors. Address the following door jamb, threshold, bottom sill, trim casing, exterior trim, weatherstrip, etc. Reference manufacturer specification for installation. Fascia - Wrap all fascia with coil stock aluminum and custom bend. Cover fascia and fascia trim molding. Mechanically fasten and seal with color matched exterior silicone. Soffit - Supply and install mechanically fasten soffit panels. Lead Clearance - This project will require a final MHD lead clearance. Water Heaters - Already installed by previous contractor and permit expired. Obtain permit and have it inspected. Electrical - Upgrade receptacles to GFCI. Location: Two on the east wall and one on the fasten to the joist. Make all necessary repairs to make the dwelling code compliant.
