Fire Alarm Service, Inspection and Testing 2021-24

This contract is for the Inspection of the Fire Alarm Service, Inspection and Testing for the University of South Dakota. Contract will run from January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2024. Annual inspections will take place per the attached bid documents, bid response, Exhibit A and in accordance with NFPA 72-2013 in USD's buildings and facilities. Full reports are due by August 1st of each calendar year, the full report must be submitted electronically as well as paper copies to the USD Safety Officer. The contracted inspector will be accompanied by a USD employee who will be updating our records for the inspections and tests. Contractor must schedule all testing with USD Safety Officer at a minimum of one month prior to inspection. Contractor will not place stickers with company name on USD property, only necessary tags will be allowed.
