| Description | Provide clearing and mulching services for a future park area located adjacent to the Dorchester County Courthouse at 5200 E. Jim Bilton Blvd., St. George, SC 29477. The approximate area is 607,213.5 sq. ft. with approximately 2/3 being clear-cut 3 years ago and 1/3 being thinned (pine) at that time. Shrubs, grasses, saplings and small trees will be in the project area. A Gyro-Trac Mulching Machine, or comparable machine as approved by County, must be utilized. | ||||
