Saint Louis Zoo Camera Upgrade Replacement

North Lot- Replace as needed existing cameras which are now panning with fixed lenses with cameras that allow for a view of 360 degrees, multi-image cameras. When needed also adding an integrated PTZ unit which monitors the entrances and exits to the parking lots. The goal of the security department is that Security has an entire view of the North parking lot to include the entrance and exits. This view should allow staff to see license plates, make and model of vehicles entering and exiting from the North Parking lot. South Lot- Replace as needed existing cameras which are now panning with fixed lenses with 360 degrees, multi-image cameras. When needed also adding an integrated PTZ unit which monitors the entrances and exits to the parking lots. Additionally, some camera locations may need the height of the new cameras to be adjusted so a more complete view can be had. Some existing camera locations both North & South will require being raised from their current height to one that is viewable, and will account for current vegetation growth for suitable viewing in the future as well. The Zoo will look for a recommendation for the correct height to allow for maximum viewing as well as future growth of vegetation that would interfere with the camera view. General- Security is looking for a suitable software program that will allow for future growth, with an acceptable number of licenses for viewing. The software or appliance that will be introduced for monitoring, managing, and archiving the existing and updated cameras. The software must be able to integrate with Genetec as this is our preferred software since the Zoo is currently using this program in other applications. Additionally: The Zoo is looking for a company to oversee the current system on a maintenance contract that will repair/replace the cameras as needed. The Security department intends to expand upon our current system. This may include adding additional cameras and upgrading the existing camera systems in different locations around the Saint Louis Zoo. All cameras will be aimed, focused and configured into the software system chosen. Vendor to supply the cameras, software, any and all equipment necessary for the installation and upgrade of our current camera system
