Description

The structure of the building consists of cast-inplace reinforced concrete frame with the exception of the penthouse which is constructed of a structural steel frame. This project will address Roof: replacements of low sloped membrane systems, applying silicone roof coatings, removal and reinstallation of stone coping with new through-wall flashings, removal and replacement of joint sealant at sloped cooping stone head joints, stone patching at cracks, delamination’s and spalls, remove and replace joint sealant with limestone wall panels, remove and replace joint sealants at shelf wall angles, installation of sheet metal caps at sills, brick replacement at isolated locations of distress, mortar repointing at isolated locations of deterioration, joint sealant replacement at brick masonry expansion joints, masonry cleaning and application of clear water repellent; Windows, Louvers and doors: remove and replace perimeter joint sealants; Curtain walls: remove and replace perimeter joint sealant, remove and replace metal-to-metal joint sealant, installation of glass-to-metal wet sealant, installation of preformed seals at joints within curtain wall frames, clean and paint metal wall panels; Miscellaneous: remove and replace perimeter joint sealant at signage, clean and paint exposed steel, exposed concrete cleaning and application of clear water repellent .
