Yuma County Main Library HVAC Replacement

All questions and answers of a substantive nature will be posted electronically. The Yuma County Library District is accepting proposals for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, professional services, permits, fees, and taxes necessary to complete the referenced project. - NEW ROOFTOP UNITS - NEW HVAC CONTROLS The work of this project is shown on the drawings titled "Yuma County Main Library HVAC Replacement." Contractors are to familiarize themselves with the sheet index. The essence of the project is to demolish the existing rooftop units (RTU), existing RTU and VAV controllers, existing sensors (building pressure, space temperature, carbon dioxide, etc.) and install the new schedule of equipment as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Owner during the course of construction. All work shall be done instrictest conformance with the Owner's schedule, to be agreed upon at a later date. All demolition items, ie: items that are removed as shown on the drawings, are to be salvaged to the Owner at the discretion of the Owner at their direction at that particular time. Upon the completion of the demolition and preparation of the spaces and installation of the new equipment as scheduled, the contractor will then test, adjust, balance, and prove the performance of all systems as depicted on the construction documents.
