| Description | Bldg. 951,953.955,957,959 Complete tear off of existing roof and areas of wet or damaged light weight concrete decking. The damaged light weight concrete will be replaced by unit cost. add tampered insulation to remove low spots and aid in sloping to the existing drains. re-roof using a .80 mil to membrane. refer to project manual for additional scope of work. 1. Provide demolition to remove existing roofing and insulation to deck. 2. Roofing demolition and re roofing shall be coordinated with the hvac equipment and curbs, condensate drains lines, gas pipe and exhaust fans 3. The building will remain in operation during the re-roofing. 4. Provide tapered insulation to slope the roof to the existing drains. 5. Phase i roof replacement will start with the community building, 957 & 955. |
