| Description | 2023 Specified Parcel Mowing Program Purchasing Department is located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Building, 50 Town Square. Each proposal shall be made upon the City's prescribed form. The outside of the envelope not being properly marked may result in bid not being received by the Purchasing Department before the deadline and could result in bid being disqualified. + This work shall be performed in accordance with specifications available in the Auditors office, located on the 3rd floor of the Municipal Center, 50 Town Square, Lima, Ohio until 10:00 A.M., Eastern Standard Time of Ohio on Wednesday, March 1, 2023.
