Description

Demolition of the existing wash rack and slab. Construction of a material storage bin, wash rack foundations, and truck wash slab with attached decant area. Installation of new drainage piping to existing evaporative pond from the new truck wash area. Extension of existing shop drainage line from the old wash area to the evaporative pond. Earthwork and grading for a new clean stormwater retention pond. Construction of a new waterway and catch basin in front of the existing evaporative pond to direct clean stormwater to the new retention facility. Extension of buried cold water supply piping to the new wash area. Installation of new freezeless yard hydrant and above-grade wash rack piping on wash rack steel structure supplied by others.
