Base bid includes removal and replacement of a 30 HP Circulating Pump inside the mechanical room of the waterfall located in Phillips Park. Bid Alternates include removal and replacement of 12” pipe from the settling basin to pump and 10” pipe and valves from the pump to fountain dispenser.
