Lake County Building Security Project for the Lake County Board of Commissioners

The Proposal deemed lowest and best will be awarded the bid to provide and install the ballistic materials. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each bid must contain the full legal name of the person bidding and the principal owners if operating as a legal entity with a different name. The original sealed Proposal must be accompanied by a bond, certified check, cashier's check, or money order in the amount of five percent of the full bid amount, payable to the Board of Lake County Commissioners. The bond, certified check, cashier's check, cashier's check, or money order is subject to forfeiture if the bid is awarded and the contract is not entered into. The proposals or bids must be held open for a period not longer than sixty (60) days after bid opening and the award may take place at any time after bid opening within the sixty (60) day period.

Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows, Special Function Glazing, Ballistics-Resistant Glazing.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
