The description and location of the project are as follows: For culvert replacement including removal of existing bridge, construction of an 18'-0" x 11'-6" precast reinforced concrete box culvert over Lick Run, selected borrow excavation rock, milling, Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design base, binder, scratch, and wearing courses, guide rail upgrades, and other miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved drawings included in the bid package for STATE ROUTE 287, SECTION 141, from approximately 0.4 miles southeast of the intersection with SR 4001 at Segment 0370 Offset 0298, to approximately 1.2 miles north of the intersection with SR 4003 at Segment 0360 Offset 2031, in PINE TOWNSHIP, LYCOMING COUNTY.
