Description

**As of March 3 , 2023 project was awarded to SGI but awarded amount is not available.** The general scope of work includes the replacement of Single Zone Variable Air Volume Rooftop Units. Replacement of units shall include reconnection of new units to existing gas piping, electrical circuitry, and any required roof curb adapters to install new Rooftop unit. Alternatives include replacement of Split System Furnaces and associated roof mounted Condensing Units. Replacement of units shall include reconnection of new units to existing gas piping, electrical circuitry, and refrigerant piping.
