Room Remodels

To install a new Lactation Room at the Gate Concourse and remodel an administration office Work will require access to the terminal secured areas at the Gate Concourse and third floor administration office and shall be subject to security access and badging requirements at the expense of the Proposer. This includes all equipment, tools, materials, etc. At no time will any contractor unload or store its equipment, tools, materials, etc. into any adjoining space. The Airport will provide an area for secure tool storage if deemed necessary for this project. No tools, equipment, fixtures, and materials shall be left unattended at any time in areas accessible to the public. Where access poses a security concern, the Proposer shall provide/install a door(s) with a closer and cipher lockset. The contractor is to secure the premises when not present and to assume responsibility for all tools, equipment, fixtures, and materials in the premises. Closed-off construction areas and limits to be approved by Airport before implemented. Access, security and constraints to the work area shall be made in strict compliance with the Airport Security Plan. All Proposer personnel, materials and equipment entering and/or are actively within secured areas are subject to safety and security inspection.
