Description

1. Provide crane services for removal and installation 2. Close off Duncan street from 6th to 7th street with appropriate city permits for the dates needed 3. Remove old chiller, supply and install new chiller 4. Preform factory start-up 5. Complete all electrical work including controls by licensed electrician 6. Welders to repipe 6" pipe to new chiller 7. Insulate pipes and add heat tape 8. Price to include all miscellaneous materials 9. Labor 2-5 year complete warranty on parts (includes compressor) 10. Include minimum and maximum emergency response time for service.
