Furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, accessories, services, and materials necessary or incidental to maintain all the turf, shrubs, trees and other plant materials in a healthy, vigorous growing condition for the exterior landscaping for the duration of the contract. Work will include, but not be limited to, fertilizing, weed control, mowing, pruning of shrubs and trees, edging, pest control, removal of debris on campus and removal of limbs, trimmings, and mulching.
